WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be responsible for generating new business, converting opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

• Work leads, referrals, and other new business opportunities
• Make consistent outbound calls and follow up with prospects
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations and uncover customer needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales and production goals
• Follow up with prospects until opportunities are successfully closed or exhausted
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate prospect and client information in agency systems
• Track activity, pipeline, and results
• Provide a professional and solutions-focused client experience
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proven sales professional who is comfortable being measured by results.

• Proven sales experience required
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals strongly preferred
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required before starting
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Confident and comfortable initiating sales conversations
• Strong closing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
• Coachable and willing to continuously improve
• Organized and able to effectively manage a sales pipeline
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Windows-based technology
• Professional communication skills and a strong commitment to client service
