Construction Laborer-Precast Concrete. Year round with benefits Full Time Manual Labor Barrington, NH, US Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly Start a new career with Shea Concrete at our brand new 22,500 sq ft facility located in Nottingham, NH. Monday through Friday schedule. $22/hr to $25/hr based on experience. Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products. Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete. Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production. Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms. Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc. Place and finish concrete into various precast forms. Carpentry skills of all levels Other Duties Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area. Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures. Delegate tasks as deemed necessary. Understanding of hand tools, mechanical skills are a plus. Physical Demands Ability to stand/bend/stretch/reach/kneel/crawl, etc. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time throughout work shift. Must be able to work with heights up to 10 feet. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
