Banker Member Service Representative

Providing exceptional member service, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform complex transactions, and develop relationships with members while promoting credit union products and services. Key responsibilities Engage with members in a professional manner, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing Assist in various branch tasks, including cash handling, audits, and ATM servicing, while maintaining compliance with regulations Actively listen to member needs and provide referrals for products and services, contributing to branch sales and service goals Required qualifications High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete training on new accounts and loan products within 1 year Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of credit union policies preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
