We're looking for a Sewer Sales Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners experiencing sewer line problems. You'll inspect sewer systems, review camera inspections, explain repair and replacement options, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the entire project from consultation to completion.

This isn't just a sales position. You'll continue supporting your customers throughout the project by coordinating with field crews, monitoring job progress, answering questions, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential sewer repair and replacement opportunities throughout the service area

• Meet with homeowners to inspect sewer line issues and review camera inspection findings

• Prepare accurate estimates for sewer repairs, replacements, excavations, and related services

• Educate customers on available repair options while providing honest, solution-focused recommendations

• Build trust through consultative sales conversations and exceptional customer service

• Guide customers through every stage of the project, providing clear communication from estimate through completion

• Coordinate project scheduling with office staff and field crews

• Visit active job sites to monitor project progress, verify work quality, and address customer questions or concerns

• Support field technicians by helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Develop referral relationships with plumbers, contractors, real estate professionals, property managers, and other community partners

• Identify opportunities to provide additional plumbing and sewer solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach

• Help grow the business through referrals, community relationships, and exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside sales, consultative sales, or business development experience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to earn customer trust

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Sewer, plumbing, excavation, underground utility, restoration, construction, or home service industry experience

• Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred

• Experience reviewing camera inspections or explaining repair recommendations to customers

• Experience preparing estimates or selling residential service projects

• Existing relationships with plumbers, contractors, property managers, or real estate professionals

• Previous project coordination or field leadership experience
