A growing precision manufacturing company in the St. Louis area is seeking experienced CNC Mill and CNC Lathe Machinists to join its team. These are long-term opportunities with a stable company that invests in its employees and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining experience required
- Experience with setup and operation preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work from detailed drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
