Equipment Operator I
Midway Staffing is seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team in Sayreville, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Raymond Reach Truck experience who are looking to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location: Sayreville, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – Finish (Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs. Mandatory 6-day work week during the first week of each month.) Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour
Duties:
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
- Perform put-away, replenishment, order picking, and inventory movement.
- Use RF scanners to process inventory and warehouse transactions.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck experience.
- Minimum 1 year of RF scanner experience.
- Experience with put-away, replenishment, and order picking.
- Experience operating I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
- General warehouse experience required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to wear a headset and follow English voice-picking instructions.
- Resume must include complete employment history with any gaps explained.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Overtime and schedule flexibility are required.

- One-on-one interview.
- Warehouse tour with the interview team.
- Hands-on equipment test (only if the candidate is comfortable proceeding).
