Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience appreciated
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated student support
• Track student progress using data-driven and evidence-based practices
• Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
