Position Overview Ready to take the next step into leadership while staying hands-on and competitive? Joyce Factory Direct is looking for an energetic, motivated Neighborhood Marketing Team Lead to help lead and develop our growing field marketing team. In this role, you\'ll work directly alongside marketing representatives in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects, retail events, and community outreach opportunities while helping drive team performance, energy, and results. This is a fast-paced leadership opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, leading from the front, and creating a high-energy team environment. You\'ll help generate interest in our home remodeling services, schedule free in-home consultations for our Design Consultants, and assist with coaching newer team members in the field. Every neighborhood is different, every day stays active, and your leadership directly impacts the success of the team.
