Operations Analyst

Financial Analyst – Business Management Support

This role functions as a Financial Analyst supporting the Business Management organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of AP/AR/GL functions, expense tracking, forecasting, and what-if analysis, as well as experience supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, SPM, SAP Fieldglass, or similar financial systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational efficiency through financial and operational analysis that enables data-driven decision-making.
• Track spending, analyze variances, and prepare forecasting and scenario-based ("what-if") analyses and reports.
• Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business planning and performance monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
• Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and summaries for leadership.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred.
• Familiarity with financial systems and procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, or SPM.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
