Comet Corn Popcorn is a growing, family owned and operated food manufacturer that has been producing Sonoma County's favorite snack for over 20 years.

We are looking for a team player to join our small, friendly staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating the popcorn poppers, and assisting other team members on the production line.

Mechanical aptitude required, with a focus on simple, industrial food line equipment repair and

maintenance.

Operate Machinery quickly and accurately during busy work shifts.

Cross train on all production equipment, and operate as needed.

Clean all equipment and floors at end of production days.

pick up inventory using the company van.

Label bags.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of manufacturing job experience (preferably food).

Repetitively lift, twist, climb stairs or sit through a complete shift.

Able to lift 25# consistently and 50# occasionally.

Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Attention to quality and consistency required.

Ability to work efficiently unsupervised.

English and excellent communication skills needed (written and verbal).

High School diploma or GED, and 5 years work history

Drivers license and clean DMV driving record needed

Minimum 1 year commitment.

Monday through Friday 9:30 - 6:00
