We are focused on our clients' activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf. We are currently hiring a Senior Process Management Consultant in our Valencia (Spain) offices, to join our Consulting team for our new projects with the Group. Our Consulting department takes responsibility for providing project management support, professional business and strategic guidance services as well as technical continuous improvement advice to our Volkswagen Group partners.

What will your responsibilities be? As a Senior Process Management Consultant, within the team, you will be responsible for: Assuming specialist (sub-)project management responsibility in consulting projects in process management for new and existing business processes. Advising the respective specialist departments and management. Analyzing complex issues to design new business processes and identify weaknesses and potential for optimizing and further developing existing business processes. Facilitating process-optimization workshops and presenting work results to the customer and to committees/boards. Modeling processes in common process-management tools such as ARIS or Signavio. Contributing to the further development of holistic strategies to build and expand consulting services within in-house consulting. Proactively networking across the entire Volkswagen Group on the topic of process management. Supporting the acquisition of new projects.

What requirements are we looking for? Qualification Requirements: Degree in business, engineering, or a comparable qualification. Extensive professional experience in process management, especially in capturing, visualizing, and analyzing processes. Extensive experience in consulting and in leading (sub-)projects. Certifications in process management or project management are desirable. Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. Excellent communication skills as well as facilitation/moderation and presentation abilities. Relevant Soft Skills: Communication skills, strong coordination ability, interpersonal skills, organizational talent, motivation and initiative.
