Bartender

Rosetta Hall is one of Boulder’s most vibrant and bustling dining destinations, featuring a dynamic indoor space and a popular rooftop patio. We’re currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. This is a well-paid position in an environment that values quality, hospitality & professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.

• Complete all opening and closing procedures and checklists.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items, including wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails—covering taste profiles, production methods, sustainability, and price points.

• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Beverage Director or Lead Bartender.

Qualifications:

• • Must be TiPS Certified.

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills.

  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time & lift up to 30 lbs
