NOW HIRING - MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Madison Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required
Experience in a healthcare or long-term care facility preferred
Experience with sewer plant operations and state regulations
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, Life Safety Code, and facility safety requirements
Ability to maintain required inspections, logs, and documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Must be available for after-hours emergency calls as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the facility and grounds
Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
Maintain facility equipment and mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Monitor and maintain sewer plant operations and required documentation
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors
