Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Operations Manageris responsible foroverseeing overall operationalperformance, ensuring theconsistent achievementof Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost(SQDC) objectives whileoperating within establishedbudgets. This role providesleadership across Operationsand Supply Chain, while also overseeingFacility Maintenance andEnvironmental, Health &Safety (EHS) tosupport regulatory complianceand the effectivemanagement of facilitiesand workplace safety. salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Plan and manageoperational strategiesand departmental budgets, ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives andfinancial targets. Develop and implementplans to efficientlyutilize materials, labor, and equipment tomeet customer expectationsfor delivery, quality, and cost. Lead daily operationsto ensure compliancewith customer requirements, regulatory standards,and internal processcontrols. Manage and optimizesupply chain activities, including procurement,production planning, demandmanagement, master scheduling, shipping/receiving, andwarehousing. Establish and maintainappropriate inventory levelsfor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goodswhile ensuring compliancewith applicable requirements. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management Minimum 5–8 years of progressive operations leadership experience in Metal surface treatment, chemical processing, Aerospace special processes (Nadcap environment preferred), NDT and/or shot peening operations strongly preferred Proven track record maintaining Nadcap merit and AS9100 certification with zero major findings in the last 3 audits. strong knowledge of: Aerospace metal finishing processes (plating, anodizing, passivation, coatings), NDT methods (FPI, MPI, etc.), Shot peening processes and controls Deep understanding of: Nadcap requirements, AS9100 & ISO 14001 standards, and OSHA and environmental regulations (EPA, RCRA) Skills Business operations Operations Documentation of Operations KPI ITAR Supervisor AS9001 ISO9000 Compliance Continuous Improvement Coaching Certified Case Manager (CCM) Organization Decision Making Working Independently Operations - Wholesale Budget Materials Management Influencing Accounts Receivable Microsoft Office Qualifications Years of experience: 6 years Experience level: Manager Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
