Production Operator

Production Associate

Nesco Resource, 14 time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for hard-working Production Associates for a reputable document management company on Cleveland's West side. The hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F and the pay is $15 to $17/hour depending on position and experience.

The Production Worker supports daily operations in a fast-paced mailing facility by preparing and processing mail. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a steady pace in a production environment.

Prepare and package mail for processing and shipment

Operate basic mailing and production equipment (training provided)

Inspect mail pieces for quality, accuracy, and damage

Load and unload mail trays, tubs, and pallets

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Follow all safety rules and company policies

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Basic reading skills

Dependable and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Prior production or warehouse experience preferred, not required

Indoor production facility

Moderate noise level

Repetitive, hands-on work
