Record natural English conversations for AI training and data collection projects. This role is 100% remote. Compensation: Estimated hourly rate: USD $10–$50/hour. What you’ll do At Pila8, your conversations help train the next generation of AI. Conversational recording projects are designed to capture natural, high-quality speech that sounds real, comfortable, and easy to understand. Your recordings help improve how AI listens, responds, and communicates in real-world situations. As a Pila8 contributor, you may take part in guided conversations based on prompts, topic lists, or structured scenarios. Some sessions may feel casual and open-ended, while others may follow a more defined format. In every case, the goal is the same: to capture authentic, high‑quality English speech that is useful for AI training workflows. Participate in natural English conversations based on prompts or assigned topics Speak clearly and comfortably in a way that feels natural and easy to understand Follow the time, topic, and format requirements for each session Maintain strong audio quality throughout the recording Submit any required metadata, confirmations, or follow‑up details correctly Requirements English is required for all work on this page. You should be comfortable speaking naturally in English during guided conversation tasks and responding clearly in real time when a workflow calls for it. Choose a quiet indoor space where people, televisions, appliances, traffic, or echo will not interrupt the conversation or reduce recording quality. Better recording conditions can improve approval rates and help you stay eligible for future projects.
