Blasius Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team in Brookfield, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Internal engine work, engine swaps, transmission swaps and rebuilds.
- Conduct regular high end maintenance services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist other techs when needed.
- Valid Master Technician certification and relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of various automotive systems including electrical, engine, transmission, and brake systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Must be willing to work AND turn hours and we will make you one of the highest paid techs in the area.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year to start.
