Job Description

Blasius Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team in Brookfield, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Internal engine work, engine swaps, transmission swaps and rebuilds.
Conduct regular high end maintenance services.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
Stay current with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Assist other techs when needed.

Requirements

Valid Master Technician certification and relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of various automotive systems including electrical, engine, transmission, and brake systems.
Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Must be willing to work AND turn hours and we will make you one of the highest paid techs in the area.
