GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Group Supervisor oversees daily operations of the after-school enrichment program at assigned School District of Philadelphia locations. The role ensures high-quality program implementation, supervision of OST staff, compliance with OST and School District guidelines, and effective coordination of program activities, documentation, and student engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership & Site Oversight

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure program fidelity and alignment with OST/School District policies.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, activity participation, and overall site climate.
• Ensure coaching, corrective action, and documentation are completed to address challenges.

Staff Support & Development

• Convene OST staff regularly to provide training, support, and performance feedback.
• Assist staff with implementing program activities and problem-solving on-site issues.
• Support the delivery of action plans and treatment plans as required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate program records and prepare Cityspan and other required reports.
• Ensure documentation is completed according to OST timelines and standards.

Family, School & Community Partnership

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with school administrators, families, and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with students, families, staff, and school personnel.
• Represent the program positively during meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Professionalism & Additional Duties

• Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Comply with Community Council policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
