Responsibilities Experience in conducting poker game. Safeguards the assets of the company. Conduct the poker game. Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot. Adhere to poker room policies / procedures. Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards. Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events. Required to do BRUSH-duty As Needed Poker Dealer Will Keep All Accrued Tips Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations Perform other job related duties as assigned. Requirements Basic mathematic skills. Money handling skills. Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs. Ability to deal all Hold’em and Stud type poker games. Ability to communicate, understand and read and write the English language. Posses the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods) The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.
