NAFI Rhode Island is looking for a dedicated Therapist/Clinician to join our Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) program. Make a real impact by providing in-home therapy to at-risk adolescents across Rhode Island.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engage: Provide home-based clinical services to children aged 10–18 and their families, offering support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to ensure holistic and effective care
• Innovate: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and strengths of each child and family
• Support: Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions with empathy and expertise
• Inspire: Build strong, trusting relationships with families to promote positive outcomes and lasting change
• Document: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure quality care and compliance

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or current enrollment in a Master's program in social work or a related field
• Passion for empowering children and families
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $61,000.00 to $66,000.00 / per year.
