You will ensure that service requests are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, capable of working independently, and possesses problem-solving skills along with some prior building experience. Responsibilities Perform maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform necessary repairs. Address issues with office space windows, doors, and walls, and carry out repairs as needed. Perform residential repairs when required. Maintain a daily record of work performed. Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience. Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus.
