#We are currently looking for:

An experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our busy Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontic team. The Coordinator acts as a liaison between the patient and the Orthodontist to review treatment needs and assist the patient through the scheduling process. Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. He or she helps with treatment coordination, scheduling, routing phone calls and assists with obtaining patient information.

The ideal candidate has some post high school education or training and two years of experience in an Orthodontic office position. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, administrative, and organizational, phone and computer skills. Experience with Dolphin practice management software is preferred but not necessary.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicates effectively with patients

Schedules and confirms patient appointments, coordination of orthodontic treatment and necessary referrals

Answering telephone calls and routing to the correct place

Reviews all consent forms, financial documents, or other documentation and ensures they are properly signed by the patient

Answer patient questions and ease patient concerns in person, by phone and email

Assist in Practice’s collections protocol for all outstanding balances

Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required

Maintains and develops content for our social media presence and attend health fairs

Performs other duties as assigned

full-time $20 - $30 per hour

- Work Hours: Monday through Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM; Friday 8 AM to 2 PM

- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).

- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred

- Two years of relevant experience required

- Bilingual in Spanish, required

Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet
