B Technician

Automotive Technician Qualifications: * High school diploma/GED preferred * Prefer ASE and/or Ford Certifications, but not required * Basic computer literacy required * Valid driving record * We are a Drug Free Workplace * Insurable to drive customer and company vehicles Benefits: * Extremely Competitive, Experience-based Negotiable Compensation Plans * Paid Vacation and Personal Days (PTO) * 401k Retirement Plan with a Generous Company Match * Medical Insurance * HSA and/ HRA Plans * Dental * Short and Long Term Disability * Life Insurance * Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Service and Parts * Technician Tuition Assistance Program * Relocation assistance Technician Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. * Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, and driveability repairs. * Use diagnostic scan tools and Ford service information. * Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical repair procedures. * Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional repair needs. * Complete repairs efficiently and accurately. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. * Work closely with service advisors and other technicians. * Ask for assistance from senior technicians when dealing with complex diagnostic or repair issues.
