Regional Sales Director — Northeast

A rapidly growing national beer and RTD brand is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its Northeast business across approximately 14 states This leader will own regional strategy, distributor performance, team development and market execution while driving revenue, volume, distribution and velocity.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Northeast regional sales strategy
Lead, coach and develop four direct reports
Build relationships with distributor principals, senior leadership and field sales teams
Increase distributor share of mind and hold wholesaler partners accountable to business objectives
Lead annual business planning, forecasting and distributor performance reviews
Identify growth opportunities across chain, grocery, convenience, liquor, independent and on-premise channels
Analyze depletions, distribution, velocity, inventory, pricing and competitive activity
Create corrective action plans for underperforming markets and distributors
Conduct regular market visits, account visits and field ride-withs
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain

Candidate Profile

10+ years of beer, malt beverage or RTD sales experience
3–5+ years of people-management experience
Experience managing a complex multi-state region
Strong relationships with Northeast beer distributors and wholesaler leadership
Experience working with AB-aligned distributor houses strongly xhyhwjd preferred
Proven success driving revenue, volume, distribution and execution
Strong analytical, forecasting and business-planning capabilities
Competitive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to balance strategic leadership with hands-on market execution

Additional Details

Northeast location required
New York or a surrounding market preferred
Up to 40% travel
$150K–$170K base salary plus bonus
