Who We're Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will support the financial and operational processes related to equipment sales and inventory. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure accurate order processing, billing, inventory management, and reporting while helping maintain efficient business processes. What You'll Do Review sales documentation, customer purchase orders, contracts, and related paperwork to ensure financial information is complete and accurate. Process equipment orders and work orders within the company's ERP system. Maintain product and equipment records in the ERP system. Process freight billing associated with equipment shipments. Create and manage purchase orders for equipment. Review supplier invoices and order confirmations for accuracy and ensure timely processing. Process equipment returns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting. Maintain reporting related to equipment returns and inventory activity. Monitor open equipment repair orders and assist with order management. Support accurate billing for a variety of equipment transactions, including standard sales, leases, rentals, and other billing arrangements. Update customer and sales records following invoicing activities. Collaborate with Operations and Work Order teams to ensure timely completion and accurate closure of work orders. Assist with annual physical inventory counts. Qualifications What You Bring 2 to 4+ years of work experience in a technical environment with experience that includes installing, training, and repairing industrial machines and systems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Previous accounting, finance, operations, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Reiser?
