Job Title: IT Project Lead

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Lead to support multiple technology projects through planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience within a healthcare insurance IT environment.

• Strong project planning experience, including technical effort estimation and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution activities.

• Assist with business requirements and project documentation.

• Develop project schedules and monitor project activities.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Coordinate project resources, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Track project deliverables and milestones.

• Prepare project status reports and updates.

• Maintain project management documentation.

• Support portfolio and program planning activities.

• Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• SharePoint and project management tool experience.

• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access, and Excel.

• Risk management experience.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems experience preferred.

• PMP certification preferred.

Required Certifications

• None required. Technical and/or Project Management certifications are desirable.
