Senior Benefits Analyst

To support a high-growth environment, the remote Senior Benefits Analyst will lead the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities: Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, focusing on compliance and accuracy Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes Build reporting and dashboards to track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity Required qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis Direct experience with equity compensation programs such as UARs and RSUs Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP Experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems
