Work You’ll Do As an Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy and Design team, you will be responsible for… Support product management activities for rapid prototyping client solutions, including backlog upkeep, prioritization support, and delivery coordinationRefine business and functional requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteriaCoordinate defect triage, track issue resolution, and support release readiness activities across product incrementsPartner with stakeholders, designers, and delivery team members to align product needs, testing activities, and implementation prioritiesSupport user acceptance testing by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and documenting decisions and next steps A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree1+ years of experience supporting product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery1+ years of experience refining requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs in an Agile environment1+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities1+ years of experience documenting functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process workflowsAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
