Server – Provaré Chicago (PRG Hospitality)
Provaré Chicago, a Black-owned and established restaurant under PRG Hospitality, is seeking experienced, high-energy Servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume environment that thrives on strong personalities, exceptional service, and team culture.
If you are passionate about hospitality, confident in your service skills, and ready to work in an elevated dining atmosphere — we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service to all guests
- Accurately take and input orders using Toast POS and handheld devices
- Explain menu items, specials, and make recommendations with confidence
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and inquiries
- Support team members and assist with side work as needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant REQUIRED
- Experience with Toast POS and handheld systems is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Outgoing personality — we encourage individuality and strong guest engagement
