Nursing Home Concierge
Job Summary:
Dry Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 360-bed facility in Queens, New York, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Nursing Home Concierge. As a key member of our front-line staff, the Nursing Home Concierge will provide exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. About the Role:
As a Nursing Home Concierge, you will:
Greet and interact with residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide assistance with scheduling appointments, transportation, and other resident needs
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate resident requests and concerns
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the resident experience
Nursing Home Concierge , as you build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, hospitality) or relevant work experience a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
