The Accounting and Revenue Specialist performs a variety of accounting and financial activities including processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information and providing instructions and recommendations to other personnel. Skill in basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Verbal and written communication and maintaining rapport and composure with parents, students, staff, and the general public. Training and experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. Associate's degree (or higher degree) or professional training in business or secretarial courses. Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Three years of bookkeeping experience involving clerical/secretarial duties preferred. Business background preferred. Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
