DOE The A/P Specialist is responsible for the Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits Preparing invoices to be sent to customers via preferred methods Communicate with management on problem accounts Work with sales leadership to facilitate the resolution of payment concerns Maintain customer information Apply payments to accounts Initiate collections on delinquent accounts Other accounting duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN NORTHWEST HOUSTON - TOMBALL Understanding of general accounting mathematics. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
