Accounting Specialist

Location: Tomball, TX | Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range: $60,000–$85,000 (depending on experience) We’re seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization and support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to take on a well-rounded role with exposure to multiple areas of accounting. What You’ll Do Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices and support accounts payable Assist with customer billing, payment posting, and accounts receivable Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Support month-end close and general ledger activities Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation Assist with payment preparation, expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor records Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies Support audits, reporting, compliance documentation, and other accounting projects Partner with purchasing, receiving, warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to resolve accounting issues What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, bookkeeping, or a related finance role High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience with an ERP or accounting system Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience If you’re looking for a stable opportunity where you can contribute across multiple areas of accounting and grow your experience, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
