Discover customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales using clear communication to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside the store, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts for extra income during peak periods. Fluency in Mandarin required. Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred). Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred). Customer service experience (preferred). Benefits and Compensation Base pay $16-21 per hour plus up to $16,000 yearly commissions. Sign‑on bonus $2,500 (subject to terms).
