Account Executive

VoiceCare AI is a Healthcare Administration General Intelligence (HAGI) company building safety-focused conversational AI for the healthcare back-office and RCM industry, partnering with top healthcare stakeholders to improve patient access, benefits verification, and prior authorizations. The Position We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive for Dental and DSOs to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals within the healthcare industry. Duties & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and key stakeholders Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful client onboarding Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare or dental SaaS Strong experience using HubSpot CRM and tools like Apollo.io and Instantly Demonstrable knowledge of working with AI tools at intermediate levels Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events Work Environment On-site position located in Chicago, Illinois.
