As General Manager, you'll own the entire multimillion-dollar restaurant operation and play a critical role in bringing our culture, standards, and hospitality to Naples. We need a dynamic leader who builds great teams, creates accountability, protects standards, understands the numbers, and recognizes that hospitality happens one guest at a time. Use operating data to strengthen scheduling, labor, reservations, inventory, and financial performance Ensure consistent execution of safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and operating procedures Build relationships in the Naples community and help establish Buck & Rider as a destination for locals and visitors Requirements Significant General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Proven ability to lead a multimillion-dollar restaurant operation New restaurant opening experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining Managers and hourly teams Strong understanding of FOH operations and effective partnership with BOH leadership Genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences Strong financial acumen across sales, labor, budgets, operating expenses, and profitability Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills Diligent work ethic, strong sense of urgency, and composure in a fast-paced environment Ability to establish expectations, create accountability, and maintain exceptionally high standards Positive, energetic leadership style with uncompromising attention to detail Ability to work a flexible hospitality schedule based on restaurant needs The Ideal Candidate You're the kind of General Manager who knows great restaurants are built through people.
