Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and understand each patient's specific goals, needs, and physical conditions.
• Manage a focused caseload, averaging one patient per hour, allowing for individualized attention and care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices.
• Administer treatment modalities to improve patients' range of motion and mobility, while being mindful of cost-effective approaches.
• Educate patients on the importance of rehabilitation and health maintenance, fostering a motivational environment for optimal outcomes.
• Document all aspects of patient care clearly and comprehensively within our WebPT EMR system, ensuring accurate tracking of treatment progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Evaluate and monitor treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients who require rehabilitation following surgical procedures, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our patient demographic includes a diverse range of individuals with varying needs, all seeking assistance to regain their functional capabilities and improve their daily lives. Your personalized approach will play a significant role in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is required.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols specific to orthopedic care.
• Strong skills in assessing patient needs and developing appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Previous work with diverse patient populations, particularly in a rehabilitative context.
• Proven success in developing effective patient-centered care programs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
