Experience : 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. Physical Abilities : Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility : Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility : Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
