Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation

Manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations and operate the account accordingly Manage employee payroll Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability Provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing Hold Safety & Security meetings Provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned Work flexible schedules across various shifts to support 24/7 customer operations Requirements Flexible availability and willingness to work various shifts supporting 24/7 customer operations Strong leadership and motivating skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills Analytical skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Word required Advanced knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required DOT regulated Bilingual English and French for Quebec locations only Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational capabilities in managing accounts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and analyzing financial performance.
