Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionPosition HighlightsManages Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) credit risk within the parameters of established Bank credit policy and historical CPS loss rates for new and existing business relationshipsUnderwrites CPS customers and qualifies them for credit lines across a wide range of industries, manages assigned credit portfolios, approves credit for new business relationships and expanding existing relationships manages credit risk and responds to prospective or existing customer credit questions, and exercises independent judgment on assigned portfoliosIn addition, provides customer service by participating in joint customer calls with Sales and Relationship Manager(s), when credit issues ariseBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting), or equivalent work experienceThree to five years of commercial banking or relevant experiencePreferred Skills and ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and company and business line policies and proceduresAdvanced knowledge of credit quality standards and industry-specific credit productsStrong relationship management and business development abilities, in order to capitalize on both new and existing relationship opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationshipsWell-developed written communication and verbal presentation skillsHybrid/flexible scheduleThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to ourdisability accommodations for applicants.
