TikTok Shop Growth Leader - Touchland

A TikTok Shop Growth Leader will own and scale our TikTok Shop business. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY or Ewing, NJ, and requires in‑person attendance on designated days. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Creator Recruitment & Onboarding – Identify and recruit beauty and lifestyle TikTok creators; build and maintain an active roster; onboard creators into the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program and provide guidance on positioning and best practices. Affiliate Program Management – Set commission structures, incentives, and campaign offers; track and optimize affiliate performance for conversion and ROI; maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, bundles, and promotions; manage order flow, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and customer issues; monitor account health, compliance, and policy updates; troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with TikTok support. Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for creators, talent managers, and agencies; support creators in producing authentic content that drives conversions. Performance & Strategy – Own TikTok Shop DTC performance, delivering GMV and profitability targets; curate trend‑savvy assortments; drive sales forecasting, inventory planning, and SKU optimization; provide daily and weekly business recaps to senior leadership; develop merchant and platform partnership initiatives; stay ahead of beauty and lifestyle trends; own product page best practices; analyze affiliate metrics and optimize campaigns; support promotional calendars and TikTok‑led moments. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with e‑commerce, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency; provide consumer insights and trend feedback to product development; keep brand relevance on TikTok. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 5+ years of experience, including 2–4 years in influencer marketing, social commerce, or affiliate management within the beauty industry. Hands‑on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales and analytics tools. Deep understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem, creator economy, and platform dynamics. Demonstrated ability to manage creator partnerships that drive measurable sales and brand visibility. Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, project management, and multitasking skills. Preferred: Experience working with beauty or skincare brands, beauty agencies, or TikTok Shop sellers; existing relationships with beauty or skincare influencers; familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplaces; experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stages. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $110,900 – $157,900 (U.S. full‑time). Eligible for bonus and other incentives. Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance.
