Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50.25/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide critical respiratory care in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units under supervision
• Assist in managing ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Monitor patient respiratory status and respond to emergent needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Train and mentor RT personnel in critical care procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Support the facility's mission to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
• Experience in critical or ICU settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
