Join an established and growing primary care practice with a special focus on women's health, providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. This unique opportunity allows physicians to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while addressing their preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare needs. Located in the charming shoreline community of Niantic, Connecticut, the practice offers the perfect blend of coastal New England living, a vibrant downtown, locally owned restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches, and easy access to both Hartford and Boston.

Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (focus on women's health, 18+)
• Location: Niantic, CT - a picturesque coastal town known for its beaches, vibrant village center, and welcoming community atmosphere
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient primary care for women
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on, Resident Stipend, Relocation
• Salary Range: $265,000 - $345,000 annual base
• Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization
