Responsibilities Centralized coordination and monitoring of international transport operations Ensuring the timely execution of all transports Contact person for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Proactive escalation management in case of deviations and delays Maintenance and documentation of relevant data in our systems and customer portals Close collaboration with Dispatch and Key Account Management Proactive tracking and monitoring of shipments Qualifications Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk Experience in dispatching, transport management, or control tower operations is a plus Strong customer and service orientation Proficiency in using digital systems and tools Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure in a dynamic environment What we offer A competitive salary and comprehensive social benefits A secure job in a growing company Challenging and responsible work in a motivated team A pleasant working atmosphere with flexible working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr GEORGI GmbH & Co.
