About the company A growth-stage fintech company building an AI-powered platform that helps consumers build, repair, and protect their credit for free, with over 2 million members. The platform automates credit disputes across major bureaus, tracks credit scores, and helps members find money through subscription and fee detection. Members using the paid tier see credit score increases averaging over 90 points, and the company is now launching a new Money AI product focused on personal finance management. About the role This role builds a second growth engine from scratch for the new Money AI product, finding and acquiring a new audience while protecting the existing acquisition engine that supports the core credit product. The person in this role owns the strategy, budget, and hands-on execution across channels: paid social, search, newsletters, and influencers, from setup through measurement. Responsibilities Own strategy, budget, and execution to acquire a new audience for a newly launched product Execute multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, newsletters, influencers) from setup to measurement Configure tracking and build landing pages independently Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns based on CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics Use AI tools and automations in daily marketing and campaign execution workflows Write compelling copy for campaigns and landing pages Protect and maintain the existing acquisition engine while building the new one Requirements 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in user acquisition and experimentation Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns from setup to measurement Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing based on CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics Based in Spain, Poland, Lithuania, or Israel Hands-on campaign execution and technical setup experience, not a purely strategic background Background with end-to-end ownership, not exclusively in large corporate teams where you were one of many #J-18808-Ljbffr WhyHireWrong?
