What You'll Do

As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in the preparation and distribution of drug products, utilizing an advanced fulfillment system. Your contributions will directly support the operational efficiency and patient satisfaction of our client's services, ensuring patients receive critical support.

• Process prescription exceptions, which includes resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
• Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns.
• Escalate any questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
• Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing excellent service and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses the necessary qualifications to excel in this vital role.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current registration and certification as required by the state of operation. Must be licensed or hold a trainee license.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
