Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales and Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience not required we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Hourly pay $14.00 to $20.00 /hour depending on experience and licensing

Requirements:

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm; flex time available
• Weekend as needed to accommodate customer needs and or rare community events
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills

• Able to learn computer functions

• Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
• Property & Casualty license (preferred, must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
