Are you a Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Power Electronics Engineer with experience in magnetics, inductors, transformers, or high-frequency electronics, looking to take full ownership of technical sales across the European market and progress towards Sales Manager?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international engineering business within its specialist Magnetics division, delivering precision magnetic components and materials for a wide variety of electronics applications. In this high-impact technical role, you will work closely with customers, distributor sales teams, engineering, applications, and marketing to develop customised solutions, support new designs, and grow revenue across the European market.

The role offers significant autonomy and international exposure, and would suit aSales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Power Electronics Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to travel, experience European culture first-hand, and build a long-term career with a clear path into Sales Management.

The Role:

• Manage technical sales and business development across the European market, working with OEMs, distributors, and existing customers.
• 25% Travel, including approximately one week per month across Germany, Italy, and wider continental Europe for customer visits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to design and recommend customised magnetic solutions, including inductors, transformers, and components for high-frequency applications.

The Candidate:

• Background in electrical, electronics, applications, or sales engineering, within inductors, transformers, magnetics, or electronic components.
• Strong understanding of high-frequency electronics, magnetic materials, and component-level technology, with the ability to translate technical requirements into customer solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, with experience in sales, applications, or business development.
