Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English highly preferred)
• Strong background in 1:1 pediatric support or individualized student care
• Familiarity with academic and behavioral strategies across K–12
• Adaptable, patient, and proactive approach to working with youth
• Excellent teaming and communication skills

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group support to assigned students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist teachers in curriculum adaptation and classroom management
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Support academic, behavioral, and emotional development
• Communicate regularly with educators and families to ensure consistent care
