About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Risk-Bearing Entity/Payvider Account Executive to lead the development and growth of health plan business within a defined territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding sales goals, managing a territory, and driving business results through the execution of a strategic business plan. This role requires the achievement of specific bookings, revenue, and margin targets, as well as the development of key customer relationships and the maintenance of a high level of product and market knowledge. The VP will also be involved in negotiating complex contracts, driving direct client sales, and managing all aspects of the sales process, including RFI/RFPs and contract review. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' senior-level sales experience in health plans, a proven track record of quota attainment, and a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred). The role demands a candidate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and build strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a strategic mindset, capable of adapting to different situations and working in a fast-paced, high-demanding environment. A high degree of personal organization, time management, and the ability to travel 50-75% of the time are also essential for this position.
